As a photojournalist Hans Truöl specialized in winter sports photography & set new standards making him one of the most outstanding press & celebrity photographers of his time. SOLD - "Gebrüder Hammer" Childrens Skis & Bamboo Poles (Unrestored)

These fine antique and very scarce children skis were made by the "Gebrüder Hammer" (Hammer brothers) in Bad Mergentheim, Germany in the late 1930's -early 1940's. This specific model is called "JUGEND" (Youth). They are in fine shape and the logo is clearly visible. The 75 cm bamboo poles are in very good condition with their original hand straps and baskets - all intact and complete. The Hammer brothers started manufacturing skis in 1910 and in 1945 their brand became Erbacher Skis.
