The name “Christen” and their logo of the heart and cross are stamped on the metal head as well as the previous owners’ initials (H.R.) which are carved on the shaft. The 10-point crampons measure 29cm in length & are 12 cm wide. They are free of rust and still have their original straps. Except one piton from Italy, there are no markings on the other two and the same goes for the antique flashlight. The vintage map was made by J. Frey and is in excellent condition.
The glacier goggles are authentic 1940's Swiss military Alpine troops issue and come with its own storage tin. The field flask is also Swiss military issue with the marking of "37 & ┼". The hemp rope is approx. 12 meter in length.
This awesome antique Swiss mountaineering combination will make a wonderful item for wall decor in your home, lodge or chalet as well as an interesting conversation piece!
