Founded by Jakob Tobler in 1916 in Altstätten, Switzerland as 'Tobler & Co.', the company originally produced household chemicals and in 1933 abbreviated its name to 'Toko', concurrent with producing its first ski wax product. Today the company is associated with ski speed records. Very scarce and collectible.
